We believe serving one another is an essential part of a healthy church. So, we have a variety of ways to get involved in caring for one another.
On Sunday You May Serve by…
- Reading Scripture
- Teaching in Children’s Sunday School
- Teaching Children’s Church
- Teaching Adult Sunday School
- Helping out with nursery
- Helping with set up before worship or take down after worship
- Collecting offering or preparing communion
- Greeting people as they come to worship
- Joining our A/V team
During the week…
- Participate in a neighborhood Community Group
- Sponsor a Youth Group (Grades 7 – 12) event or assist with a current event
- Sponsor a Young Adults’ (College age+) event or assist with a current event
- Take a meal to new mothers or those in need during an illness or family tragedy
- Serve in our men’s or women’s ministries
- Serve in one of our teams, whether missions, hospitality, or mercy
- Provide rides to members of our congregation who are unable to drive
- Visit shut-ins or those in the hospital
- Pray about offering yourself to serve as an officer in the church
- Pray about becoming a teacher for Sunday School or a Community Group
